Andrew Seabrook

Andrew has been delivering ITIL training since 2003 in both Version 2,Versions 3 and ITIL 4. He was a principal collaborator on the Version 3 course material developed by Redworld. He has also Project Managed many tool implementations and Service Improvement Projects since 2000.

Andrew spent 20 years as a teacher, co-ordinator and consultant/advisor with the South Australian Education department teaching from primary to TAFE level students and courses.

Andrew has had significant experience with implementing and supporting IT Service Management Tools, having worked with Infra (vFire) , FrontRange(Ivanti Heat), BMC Remedy, Smart ServiceDesk and other toolsets.

Andrew is a qualified ITIL and DevOps consultant, Profession Cloud Services Manager, and Agile Service Manager, also managing his own consultancy mindIT systems. He is also runs a multi-media production company focusing on internet broadcasting. He is a member of the itSFM [IT Service Management Forum and the International Association of Internet Broadcasters. He is also experienced basketball coach holding NCAS Level 2 accreditation. He has coached at domestic, representative and senior levels for over 20 years. He was awarded the BigV Volunteer of the Year in 2013.
